We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to ensure you never run out of message credits: Auto-Recharge Credits.

What is Auto-Recharge?

Auto-Recharge Credits is a convenient feature that automatically adds additional credits to your account whenever your balance falls below a threshold that you set. This way, you can ensure uninterrupted service without the need to manually top up your credits.

Key Benefits:

• Seamless Continuity: Never worry about running out of credits. Auto-Recharge ensures that your chatbot remains active and responsive, even when your credit balance gets low.
• Customizable Threshold: You decide the credit level at which the auto-recharge kicks in, giving you control over your credit management.
• Automatic Charging: As soon as the additional credits are added to your account, your payment method is automatically charged, making the process entirely hassle-free.

How is Auto-Recharge Different from Subscription Credits?

Subscription credits renew at the beginning of each calendar month, and any unused credits do not carry over. Auto-recharge credits are added when your available credits fall below the threshold you set. These auto-recharge credits do not expire and are always available.

Getting Started:

To activate Auto-Recharge Credits, simply go to Settings > Billing in your Chatbase dashboard and set your preferred threshold. Let Auto-Recharge handle the rest, ensuring your chatbot’s performance remains uninterrupted.
